ISP Woes - E7even.com

At the start of Jan our internet connection went down, tried reconnecting using a new log on I had been given, as the ISP was switching users to a new server, so the weekend of the 07/01/06 it died...completely, nothing worked. In work on the Monday went to their website and found out, that yes they were having problems with the new server, but they hoped to have it fixed soon. By the end of the week still no connection and only one further update on their website, this time offering people with more than 3 months contract left a MAC code and refund on unused time. Therefore I requested this, and at the same time ventured to Adslguide.org.uk, where several other e7even users were complaining of the same thing.

Then on about the 17th Jan, sam some people were having success with their old log on's for the server, tried it and voila we were back online.....for 4 days, now it's gone and died again, with no end in sight. After several e-mails, and unanswered phone calls I put in a complaint to ofcom and watchdog, which several other users have done.

Well, basically we have no idea when normal service will be resumed, no idea when I'll be able to migrate to a new ISP and no answers from e7even, this is beyond a joke now, and seriously annoying, we just want our internet back...but god only knows when that will be.

You have my sympathy. Having no internet is like, uhm... having no internet.
Sounds like that company has gone from suck to blow...
