The Hoff God

On Saturday we ventured over lakeside, a local shopping center. Whilst there we remembered that the god himself, Mr David Hasselhoff was going to be there for a book signing. So of course we had to wait around for the man himself to turn up.

This took longer than expected as he was coming from another shopping center and he got stuck in traffic, why the frell he didn't use KITT I'll never know, anyway, as we were waiting I kept overhearing people asking "Who is he, what's he from?" It really makes you feel old to realise that someone you grew up watching on TV is unkown to the youngsters of today. Depressing that was.

Anyway, he turned up about an hour late in the end, C got some great pics of him, we were standing so close we nearly got to shake his hand. It was kind of weird seeing him in real life, didn't look as old as he does in those Pipex commercials and he seems taller in real life than on TV. The only mistake they made, IMO, is not playing the Knight Rider theme tune when he arrived.
