The actor, quite possibly most famous for his role of G'kar in Babylon 5, has died at the age of 59 from lung cancer. You can read more of his way too short life here.
G'kar, and his counterpart, Londo Mallari, were probably the two greatest characters in Babylon 5, and possibly two of the greatest characters in Sci-Fi. You got the impression he had great fun playing the art of G'kar.
With the constant rumours of J Michael Straczynski, trying to resurrect B5, no show would be compelte without Andreas.
