To my utter disappointment, I’ve found out one of the computer games I got for Christmas, X3: Reunion, wont run on my laptop….it’s not powerful enough, dag nam it. Spose that serves me right for getting a laptop instead of a desktop, but personally..I like my laptop, it’s nice and small, and apart from not being able to run that game, I’ve never had any compatability problems before.
So, instead I’ve gone out and bought myself X2: The Threat, as it’s older it has no problems running on my laptop. It’s a pretty good game…if you liked Elite/Elite II…which I was a huge fan of, it’s just a shame it takes so long to earn decent money and buy the better ships/weapons.
I’m just concerned about the other two games I’ve yet to try, should be ok though, as they don’t require quite as high a spec machine as X3 does.
