After four and a half days of their complete failure to collect two packages from either our home address or my work address, I got fed up with waiting and took the damn things to their main depot in Romford myself.
Their excuse for their complete failure? The drivers weren't given any contact details for getting in touch with myself to find out exactly where we were. How bloody stupid are they.
God knows how long it will take them to deliver the thing. The only thing I know for sure is that I will never use them for anything else in the future.
